The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) today released the results of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test or NEET-UG 2018 – the entrance examination for admission to medical and dental colleges across the country. The CBSE has made the NEET UG exam result 2018

The CBSE NEET UG 2018 results were released at around 12.30 pm. Kalpana Kumari from Bihar with 691 marks emerged country topper in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) for medical admissions. As many as 7.14 lakh students qualifies the exam from across India. Rohan Purohit from Telangana and Himamshu from Delhi were tied at second spot with 690 marks each.

  • Visit the official result website of CBSE,
  • Search for the NEET(UG) Exam Results – 2018 in the home page and click the relevant link.
  • Enter your Roll number.
  • Enter Date of Birth (dd/mm/yyyy).
  • Click “Submit”
  • NEET 2018 Result will be shown on screen.
  • Check your NEET Marks and the NEET Rank 2018.

CBSE NEET UG 2018 Cut Off Marks (SC / ST / OBC / OC)

  • According to him, the cut off for various categories would be like this, for General category, 120 – 130 marks,  for the category OBC the cut off will be 97- 107, for ST category the cut off will be in between 92 – 102 and for SC the cut off is 92 – 102.
  • As per another expert Y K Jayaramappa the CEO of BASE academy, the NEET 2018 cut off will be 95-100 for the reserved category and for general category the cut off will be between 125 to 130.
  • Expert Uday Nath Mishra the Chief Academic Officer of BasicFirst says that their would be drop in the cut NEET cut off 2018 as the number of candidates registered for NEET this year is more and so the cut off will be in between 130 to 140.

All these are just the expected cut off from the experts. However, in order to find the official NEET Cut off 2018 from the authorities examines have to wait few more days and keep watching this space regularly.
